If your issue calls for further assistance from an administrator, we will forward the support ticket or the email to the person on duty, in a timely manner and we will leave a comment to inform you that more time will be needed for reaching the best solution. If you order our Optional Admin Services package, all of the tasks included there will be completed whenever you like.

We’ll be online for you 24–7 to reply to any inquiries that you may have connected with our Website Control Panel or any of the applications that we have pre–installed on your behalf on the server. If you also require help handling server administration tasks, you can make use of our Optional Admin Services package, which includes data backup hard disk storage space, Operating System updates on a weekly basis, server monitoring and rebooting procedures, as well as software installation and troubleshooting procedures

Our Website Control Panel is installed by default for each dedicated server. Among its characteristics is a very handy integrated knowledgebase that will guide you step by step on all the operations that you can perform. Most of the instructional articles have video versions that show all the operations that you can perform in a highly illustrative manner. You can find all the educational articles and the video tutorials in the upper right corner of each Website Control Panel section.
